Nissan Dealership

The Nissan Dealership underwent extensive remodel and additions. The project included the structural design for the addition of a new service canopy, customer service wing, carwash, restructuring of the existing store front, and the extension of the second floor parts storage. Numerous building materials were used in the design, including CMU, engineered lumber, structural steel, and steel bar joists. Our office also designed support for new openings that were cut into the existing structure’s CMU.
